Oh (wo)man, I don’t remember how I made this. I remember that after it baked, it was less mmmmish for sure, I figure it’d be better off at a lower temperature for a longer time.
This is how I would make it again:
halved de-seeded pears, stuffed with a batter of:
almond butter
chocolate powder
sweetener – xylitol seems about right
sea salt (or mountain salt?)
soy milk
dehydrate (don’t know how long/what temp yet)
drizzle with icing made with ginger, maple syrup, a bit of ground peppercorn.
